Columbus, GA – Trillium Capital Resources (TCR) has arranged 2 Small Balance Multifamily Loans with the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae Small Balance Loan Programs through its affiliate lending partners.
Under the Fannie Mae SBL Program, Trillium was able to secure a refinance of Summerhill Apartment Complex in Carrolton, GA. The operator was able to secure a $2.1 M in proceeds for the 60 Unit C Class property.
TCR also secured a $1.7M cash out refinance of Morningside Way Apartments located in Columbus, Ga. Operator received a 10 year cash out refinance on the 32 Unit B class property.
